REFLECTION

EXPERIENCE

The semester has come to an end, throughout all these weeks, I had the experience to design and create various things. No doubt that this semester had its own struggles too but through them I have personally learned a lot and also got to grow through them. It is also thanks to the lecturer's feedback that I could further improve my design skills and further improve them. Overall, I'm glad that I got to experience all that was done in this module as it was a good learning experience for me.


OBSERVATIONS

With the knowledge learned from Typography in the previous semester, I observed that it has helped me strengthen and further improve my skills in typography, and I can apply it better in the designs that I have created during this semester. I also observed that through this module that my sense of layout and composition has been slowly improving though it might not be that good yet.


FINDINGS

I found that I’ve become more aware of how type is displayed in a design such as posters, billboards, book covers and more. I also gained a deeper appreciation for typography works as a lot of thought was given into the placement of each element and to get to the final artwork , there would so many trial and errors that one has to face.
